Krista Bourgeois is a Rotterdam-based modular live performer and producer whose work pushes industrial techno into uncompromising new territory. Built around a fully modular instrument of her own design, her performances merge mechanized sound design, experimental noise, hard-edged rhythmic structures, and analogue warmth into a visceral, precision-driven live experience.

Modular synthesis sits at the core of both Krista's studio practice and live performance approach. Through an evolving system shaped by experimentation, improvisation, and technical control, she constructs industrial soundscapes that shift between tension, release, and raw physical intensity, blurring the boundaries between hardcore, techno, and experimental electronic music.

Her productions have been released on respected labels including PRSPCT, Karnage, Rebekah's Go Hard or Go Hardcore, Gabber Industries Berlin, and SOMA.

From her base in Rotterdam, Krista has built a strong international presence through performances at clubs, festivals, and cultural institutions across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Widely viewed live recordings from the Maassilo and Now&Wow highlight the technical control, evolving structure, and commanding tension that define her modular performances. During her years in Berlin, she became deeply embedded in the city's underground club circuit, sharpening the uncompromising live approach that defines her work.

Beyond the club circuit, Krista has appeared on STOOR's Pink Noise series, performed on STOOR's hosted stage at Paradigm Festival, and delivered a masterclass for SINEE. Her selected festival appearances include Astropolis, Inota, Dox 'Art, Ground Zero Festival, Dominator, Baroeg, and Decibel Outdoor, reflecting a performance practice that continues to explore the outer edges of industrial and experimental electronic music.
